Hello there! I’m Paul Eden, and I’ve been deeply rooted in the landscape industry for over three decades, my journey in landscaping has been nothing short of fulfilling.
With a comprehensive background spanning 35 years, I’ve traversed every aspect of the landscape business, from hands-on installation to the intricate art of sales. Over 23 years of my career have been dedicated to honing my skills in sales, where I’ve cultivated a keen understanding of client needs and industry trends.
My commitment to excellence led me to become a Virginia Certified Horticulturist, a testament to my expertise in plant life and stonework. As a former President of the Northern Virginia Nursery and Landscape Association (NVNLA) and currently serving as Vice President, I’ve been privileged to contribute to the growth and development of our industry.
In recognition of my dedication and contributions, I’ve had the honor of receiving the prestigious Byron Wates Award—a moment that further fuels my passion for this field.

Adam Pheister-Division Director of Pest Control
As the Division Director of Pest Control, Adam Pheister brings 17 years of industry wisdom and technical expertise to the team. An Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) formerly with American Pest Control, Adam is a seasoned expert in diagnosing and resolving complex pest issues.
While his technical credentials are top-tier, Adam believes the true core of his business is people. If you ask him what he loves most about his job, the answer is always the same: building relationships and making genuine connections with clients. He focuses on providing peace of mind just as much as he focuses on pest management.
When he hangs up his hat for the day, the energy doesn’t stop. Adam is a dedicated father to four active boys. To unwind, he loves cooking up great meals for his family and exploring the outdoors through hiking.
